Refund policy
1. Scope of Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products and services sold or distributed by 9449-7013 Québec Inc., also operating under the business name “NutriMedicine Academy”, including but not limited to:

Online diploma programs and certification courses

Downloadable educational content and materials

Live or recorded virtual seminars, classes, and training sessions

In-person training sessions, workshops, or practical components

Admission to events, conventions, conferences, or expos hosted or co-hosted by NutriMedicine Academy
2. No Refund Policy — Digital and Educational Content
Due to the immediate access and delivery of our digital educational content upon purchase, all sales are deemed final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

Digital access to certification programs (e.g., Hijama, Naturopathy, Ozone Therapy)

Diploma course enrollment

Educational videos, lectures, and other course materials

Online access to member or student portals
Customers acknowledge and agree that by purchasing access to any digital or educational service offered by the company, they waive any right to refund in accordance with the exceptions permitted under the Consumer Protection Act of Québec (Loi sur la protection du consommateur, RLRQ c P-40.1) and corresponding Canadian consumer protection legislation.
3. No Refund Policy — Events, Conventions, and In-Person Services
All ticket sales or registrations for events, conventions, expos, workshops, live sessions, or in-person consultations organized by NutriMedicine Academy are final and non-refundable. This includes cases where the purchaser is:

Unable to attend for personal or scheduling reasons

Seeking to cancel due to change of mind or misinterpretation of event details

Unable to access the venue or participate due to illness or travel delays
In the event that NutriMedicine Academy must cancel or reschedule an event, registrants will be notified and may be offered an alternative arrangement (e.g., credit, rescheduling, or virtual access), but monetary refunds will not be issued except as required by applicable law.
4. Exceptional Cases
While all sales are considered final, 9449-7013 Québec Inc. may, at its sole discretion, evaluate refund or credit requests under exceptional circumstances, such as:

Duplicate transactions caused by technical error

Demonstrable failure to provide access to purchased content due to internal system issues
Any such request must be submitted in writing to info@nutrimedicine.ca within seven (7) calendar days of the original transaction date. Supporting documentation may be required.
5. Legal Framework
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and federal laws of Canada. The provisions herein are compliant with the Office de la protection du consommateur (Québec) and reflect guidelines concerning the sale of non-tangible digital goods and services.
